THE MAGAZINE

 

The site and the magazine were both conceived with the will to share knowledge, reflections and to contribute to the improvement of the gender debate in the sphere of architecture and its related fields. This is a way to allow that people who research about the gender in architecture to publicize their work. It is also an opportunity to trade information with other disciplines, such as History, Geography, Sociology, Anthropology, Arts, Psychology, and others.

Each year the magazine will offer important opportunities for the dialogue among researches from Brazil and abroad, therefore the magazine will also be bilingual - Portuguese and English. The strengthening of relations will collaborate for the exchange between different groups and regions, opening an opportunity to joint researches and collective publications, reaffirming the female role in the history of architecture and urbanism and the study groups in this area.
